The Logic of Losing: Before Pictures

A Logical Loss

At the start of 2009 at 415 lbs I found myself Super-Super Obese at the age of 32 denying myself the possibility of enjoying my life which included my wife, two beautiful children, and personally rewarding job.

I decided to make a change to live the rest of my life free from the weight that was surely going to rob me of precious years. Being an engineer I approached the task in as scientific a manner as I knew. Reading and reviewing everything critically - applying and adapting what made logical sense to me.

To date I have lost 175.0 lbs in the last 25 months and continue on my journey. My current weight is 240.0 lbs. - a long road from 415!

I feel exhilarated and free and wish to share my journey and help others free themselves as well.
